*split into groups of two, one partner works at a time

5 shuttle runs 

*Split in teams of two. Partner 1 completes strict pull ups, partner 2 completes strict pull ups, partner 1 completes squat jumps, partner 2 completes squat jumps, continue with you go, I go.
