200-meter run

*split into teams of two, one partner runs while the other does a :30 hollow hold then heavy split jerks for quality.

It was just barely warm enough for garage door weather, and Lindsey showed really good form on the split jerks today.

The boys at the 6:30 session stayed about 20 minutes extra to work on getting the timing right for the split jerk. They were very patient with my vague and confusing coaching.

Big Kris stayed light today and worked on the timing for the lift. Great job big fella! We alternated feet as usual.

The eleven o'clock crew looked good this morning. We did puch presses instead of split jerks and the cross country kids went in-season - 4 rounds instead of 7.
