On my original Summer recruiting board I didn't count Abbi Lemons as being "in" for the Summer. But she has proved me wrong so far and been pretty consistent. Today she improved her knees twitching and worked up to 105 lbs.

It is about the furthest we can possibly get from a Champions Club Summer, but we had Summer numbers today. 54 people over the course of 4 sessions. Our 6:30 session was probably the best as far as technique goes.
