Mel's Notes: I’ve done this Hero workout alone – in that version the reps are basically cut in half – and with a partner.  The intensity is lower with a partner (since only one person can work at a time), but the workout is way more fun!
People should be paired up with someone about the same size/weight, so that the carries are not too challenging.  There are a lot of rounds, so if folks do bar muscle-ups, be mindful of tearing.
