It was cold and wet and windy and dark and there was a Target shopping cart right by the start, and yet the 5:30 session still did their thing!

Something involving sprints, thrusters, and maybe some split jerks, push jerks

The 3:30 session partnered up and did a short parking lot sprint then a number of thrusters. 7 rounds in total. The 5:30 ans 6:30 sessions did something similar.

Jay and Nate. 5 pm session during the rest. I cannot recall a day in this gym's history that was more muggy.
