Jessica and Madison missed Jennifer Banet's high school girls record of 9:04 by just a few seconds. Both of them did legit ROM on their pull-ups also. Expect a record to be broken next time this comes up!

*split into teams of two, one person works while the other holds an L-sit. Alternate exercises.

Madison was partnered with Mr. Bennis today and got stuck using a 24k kettlebell. Her form stayed pretty solid throughout. Mr. Bennis probably should've used Ol' Red.
