Mrs. Nevarez and Mrs. Hana were lone rangers tonight so we did a different variation of the workout with partner-assisted handstands and pull-ups.

Conor did a good job spotting Shakes during this workout; for those who could, we tried to do a 9-sec. freestanding handstand with the smallest partner assist possible.
