*In teams of 2 determine high rep push press count and strict pull up count per round, strict pull ups can be partner assisted as needed. Partner 1 completes couplet, followed by partner 2.

Run 200m/400m

Strict pull ups 

*200 m run is equal to 20 reps/points, 400 m run is equal to 40 reps, 1 strict pull is equal to 2 reps, and 1 kipping pull up is equal to 1 rep.
