Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes for quality of:

20 L-sit lifts

10 right-arm dumbbell overhead lunge

10 left-arm dumbbell overhead lunge

*L-sit lift is pop your hips up in an L-sit then slowly lift one foot at a time. Each foot lifting counts as 1.

It's weird how Elizabeth can take a month off pretty much and still come back in with picture-perfect form on a complex workout with snatches, overhead lunges, and rope climbs. We're lucky to have her around, that's for sure.
