Ally and the rest of the 3:30 session got hit with a downpour during round 8. It lasted for about 15 seconds, then immediately became 95 degrees with 99% humidity - which he 4:30 session had the pleasure of working out in. Good times in Summer 2020.

Summer 2019 rookies Caitlin and Emily O'Malley are back in action. If their attendance is consistent, these two might be up there with the top girls in the gym by the end of Summer. We kept everything outside today. It was hot!

For the first time all June we had a really good turnout at the 11 am session; it's usually just Kroll and Danielle. It was pretty hot today, and this crew did well despite the conditions. I would not expect anything different from the Champions Club!

It was so hot today we had to put towels and tarps over the kettlebells, med ball, and tires out on the blacktop. Great workout as usual.
