Post reps completed of knees to elbows to comments. 

Mr. Andrew, Mr. Krstich, and Mr. Kuiper were competing for who could not go the highest on the strict knees to elbows.

Mr. Kuiper and Mr. Andrew, hoping the scenery and sunshine will distract me from noticing how much they're pulling with their arms on the cleans during the last round.

It was cold and wet and windy and dark and there was a Target shopping cart right by the start, and yet the 5:30 session still did their thing!

Tuck-ups were interesting today, and in addition to being rough on the abs were a challenge for balance. The parents at the 5:30 session - including Mrs. Nevarez, Mr. Andrew, Mrs. Tara, and Mr. Kuiper - did a really good job on controlling their reps.

5 weighted push-ups

Max reps weighted/assisted pull-ups

One-arm farmers walk

*split into teams of two, one partner works at a time except for farmers walk
