Thanksgiving 2021

Split into Teams of two. The stations are Turkish Get-up and Exercise with one person at each station at all times. Athletes rotate once two Turkish Get-ups each arm are performed. This cycle goes on for 7 minutes and exercises are:

Goblet squat

Plymouth Hollow Rocks

Burpees

Dylan was rocking out the double unders today. Him and Chase were partnered; when Dylan messed up Chase had to addan extra 5 double unders, and same the other way.
