Workout of the Day - Wednesday, May 11

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mintues of: 

1 rope climb 

3 overhead squats 

1 rope climb 

6 overhead squats 

1 rope climb 

9 overhead squats

1 rope climb 

12 overhead squats 

*Etc. adding 3 reps to the OHS each round.

7:00 dumbbell snatches 

7:00 L sit hold

* In teams of two, one partner works at a time while other partner rests, switching on and off as needed.

15 wall-ball shots 

15 L sit leg lifts

We worked on high box jumps during the warmup of the later sessions. Mrs. Burton used to be afraid of jumping to the 15-in. box, now she is probably still afraid of it but worked her way up to 24 inches today.

*each partner completes 3 rds. Parnter 1 completes wallballs while partner 2 L sit holds, then swtich

30-second L-sit from the floor 

Max reps hang cleans 

*Split into teams of two, one partner at each exercise. Rotate once L-sit is done.

60-second hang from pull-up bar
