14 people at the 5:30 session (would've been 15 but Kroll waited till 6:30). Fun group and they did great despite the pouring rain that came on.

Sabal was the only athlete who did muscle-ups and GHD sit-ups for the workout. He did two muscle-ups instead of 5 and his form looked on point.
