"Super Bowl 2021"

6:00 wallballs

6:00 hang clean and jerks

6:00 Dumbbell snatch (rotate when partner finishes 20 sit-ups)

4:00 bear crawl relay

*split into North of 13 mile vs. South of 13 mile, keep track of place teams finish in. Lowest total wins.

Mr. Webster was asleep at the wheel while Mrs. Tara made a ruthless attack on Jay's wallball attempts. Surely this contributed to the southside losing by a narrow margin.

Max reps push jerk

Once one movement dies out, go immediately to the next without setting the bar down

Josh Van had another really good workout today, and with the help of Mr. Malak and Mr. Webster counting for him he got a few extra reps of push jerk on the last set.

Mr. Malak and Mr. Webster were jumping for joy like giddy school girls when they got to be in the front of the 4:30 session today. They will be available for autographs tomorrow from 4:15-4:31 for anyone who wants to bask in their glow.

15 L-pull-ups

We did a ton of different variations of this workout today, none of which, in my opinion, were bad enough to warrant taking your pulse after you were done. But Mr. Webster did, and Mr. Van is apparently looking in disbelief.
