***Farm-Aid Farmers Walk and Cannonball Run are total feet covered divided by 10 (2 points per cone - each one 20 feet apart) [edit: I messed this up! I only counted it as 1]

Nothing like a little YMCA basketball with four ridiculously dressed young chaps. Coach T is also the only person who has ever played help defense in pickup basketball.

*divide pull-ups and push-ups however strategized.

Notice how Shakes has her feet behind the bar and lined up with the rest of her body at the top of the pull-up. This actually throws the kip off rhythm. Instead her feet should be in front of the bar which pits her body in a globally flexed position.

As usual we modified range of motion with toes to bar in order for our peeps to be able to connect more reps together. Soon we'll work on getting closer to the bar with some hip mobility.

Katie Shakes surprised me with her not awful shoulder mobility today. We low-balled it on the way down, so increased the weight on the way up. She topped out at 135 for singles.
